“This home was an absolute joy to stay in and easily one of the most comfortable, well-thought-out rentals we’ve experienced. The beach was a short walk or drive away and stunning. Even in the cooler weather it was peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing walks and ocean views. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and incredibly well stocked. Everything we needed to cook meals was already there, which made settling in effortless and stress-free. What truly sets this place apart is the amount of fun packed into it. From the fire pit to corn hole, darts, ping pong, bicycles, fishing poles, and a great selection of board games, there was always something to do. It felt like the owners genuinely thought through what would make guests feel at home and entertained. The hostess was wonderful — responsive, kind, and extremely helpful. Communication was easy, and we always felt well taken care of. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book this home again!”

It was very well stocked with games, books and sand toys for the kids. The game room was a nice to have after dark. Darts and air hockey was our favorite! It was still to cool to enjoy the pool but it looked very nice and It was nice to talk a walk out to the private pier. We have already started planning our next trip back to asleep at the reel! I loved how close it was to the bay, fishing was awesome and I was happy to see there was equipment and beach stuff to use! The game room downstairs was a huge plus!! We even got to use the fire pit! “The house was great! We really enjoyed our stay. Access to a community pier for fishing and being a 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect for our family. The house was nice and well taken care of. We really appreciated all the little details like having plenty of places to hang towels in the master bathroom, beach gear if we needed anything and the game room garage was great if it was raining.
Amanda was very responsive and helpful throughout booking, preparing for the trip and during the stay. She was proactive and checked in with us a couple times throughout the stay. We did have a brief power outage due to a storm and we contacted Amanda. She quickly reported the outage with the power company and power was back on in less than an hour. Overall she was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend her.”

The game room in garage was so nice since we had a few days with rain. The house is stocked with lots of extras. We will stay again for sure!!”
— Amanda“Navarre is our favorite beach! We love Homeport drive. It is a short walk to the sound side and only a few minutes more to the beach. The sound was my favorite spot- safe for kids, calm water and an almost private beach each day. The pool was also a short walk just a few houses down. It was newly remodeled since we were there last. It was clean and enjoyable.
The home owners had several things on hand which made packing easy! Paddle board, chairs, wagon, sand toys, boogie boards, towels! The garage had plenty to keep us busy in downtime with multiple games and tv. There were also an assortment of board games in the house. I loved how organized everything was. I didn’t have to search for anything. It was all right where I expected it to be. Each room had remotes to the tv and light/fan in a cradle on the wall- so ensuring none of them were lost was easy. All rooms were comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. ❤️

The location truly can’t be beat, walkable to everything, close to the sound, and the private beach was a huge highlight for our family. The home was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the amenities were above and beyond. They truly thought of everything—>beach chairs, wagons, paddle boards, bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, games, and more. We traveled with our 15-month-old niece, and having a high chair and pack-and-play already there made things so much easier. The air hockey table was a huge hit, and both the kids and adults loved making s’mores in the fire pit at night. We rented a golf cart to get around the island, which was absolutely the move. Highly recommend this place! Don’t miss out on this gem!.”

— Chris“This house thought of EVERY-THING! Sometimes when you stay at a rental they have 1 mixing bowl, 1 spatula, 1 cookie tray. This kitchen was stocked with more than enough for our group to cook full meals with full convenience. The rooms had plenty of space to unpack our stuff and stay organized. I love how close we are to the bay and having access to such a nice pier made our fishing experience top notch. The neighbors were all so friendly too. And the garage had more than enough entertainment to keep everyone happy! I can’t say enough about this house! We will definitely be back!”

Plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels. Beds are very comfortable. Enough space for 7 people. And also just one level. The back area is also very nice. A large covered patio with a large table and plenty of sitting room. We were able to park 4 cars in the driveway. The community has a pool and a fishing pier on the sound side. We used both every day . The pier is the perfect location to watch the sunset. The beautiful gulf beach is less than a 10 minute walk away. Besides games The garage also has bikes, beach chairs and other beach items. We enjoyed bike riding also. This is our 4th house on Navarre Beach and our favorite. We will definitely book again. We went for walks, rode bikes, used the pool, and walked to the beach. We loved the game room in the garage and took advantage of the extra beach chairs and surf boards stored in the garage.
